  • Our Process

  • A Meet and Greet session serves as a screening process for new dogs. This hour long session will help us determine whether Deb's is a good fit for your dog. We use this hour to observe the dog's behavior with humans, other dogs, and food aggression to make sure that the environment stays safe for everyone. It's important that you're comfortable with us, as we'll be caring for a member of your family, and in some cases entering your home. Nothing is more important to us than your trust, and making sure your pet is cared for in the best possible way.

     

  • Policies

    Cancellations:

    We ask that you provide 12-hour notice for cancellation of a walk, and 48-hour notice for cancellation of boarding, as this affects all pets under our care for the day. That being said, we know that sometimes things happen beyond our control.  Under those circumstances, we will speak with you regarding the circumstance and consider the cancellation on a case-by-case basis.

            $5 Cancelation Fee within 12 hours of scheduled DOG WALKING service
            25% Cancelation Fee within 48 hours of scheduled DOG BOARDING Service

    Hours:

    Walking - Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm

    Doggy Daycare - Monday through Friday from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm

    Boarding - 24/7! Sunday through Saturday

    We offer a great deal of flexibility, and many times can accommodate your requests if they are outside of our typical hours. Just ask! 

    Vaccinations:
    In order to keep everyone safe and feeling good, we require proof of the following vaccinations:

    • Distemper
    • Parvo
    • Parainfluenza
    • Bordatella
    • Rabies
    • Leptospirosis

    Male dogs MUST be neutered in order for us to accept them into our facilities. We appreciate your understanding. Neutering will often decrease or eliminate other objectionable male dog behaviors, such as mounting furniture and family members. 

    Payments:

    We email invoices on the 1st and 15th for services of the previous 2 week period. Your payment is due within 7 days from the date of the invoice. A $7.00 late fee will be incurred the first day past the due date, and an additional $7.00 every 7 days past the due date until amount due is paid in full.
